Welcome to Halogen Foundation Singapore
Dates of upcoming programmes are listed below.
Hey folks!
Believe it or not, it's 2012!
2011 has whizzed past for many of us. At Halogen, we saw tremendous growth, reaching over 17,000 students and educators.
This year, we will be expanding our work through large-scale Events and the Academy which champions values-driven and experienced-based learning in schools, as well as build connecting Communities both offline and online.
We are also looking to establish Action Projects so youth will have the support and an avenue to contribute to society, as well as Research and Development so we can develop impact assessment tools to map the competencies our youth will need in the future.
More immediately, here's what's coming up!

Halogen is pleased to partner NBA Cares
Halogen partnered with NBA Cares and was involved in facilitating the Leadership Conversation with Taj Gibson, a professional NBA player.
Martin facilitated the session and this was what Taj said "No matter how tough it gets and how much other people tell me Im not going to make it, I tell myself repeatedly that I will make it! Never give up. Also, I ask myself what are my options in the face of challenges."
Taj was in Singapore together with Atlanta's Al Horford, Houston's Trevor Ariza, Minnesota's Corey Brewer and Sacramento's Francisco Garcia.
They were here for NBA's "Basketball Without Borders" camp, a week-long event aimed at teaching young Asian basketball players from 19 countries.
NBA Cares is the leagues global community outreach initiative that addresses important social issues such as education, youth and family development, and health and wellness. The NBA, its teams, and players support a range of programs, partners and initiatives that strive to positively impact children and families worldwide.
Congratulations to our partner, Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®)
The Center for Creative Leadership ( CCL®)) ranked No. 3 overall - up three spots from last year - in the 2010 Financial Times worldwide survey of executive education released today. This is CCL's highest ranking since it began taking part in the survey in 2002.
CCL has placed in the survey's overall Top 10 for six straight years, putting it in the company of many of the world's elite business schools. It is the only institution in the survey focused exclusively on leadership education and research. The survey ranked 50 institutions globally.
The Financial Times executive education rankings were based on surveys of organizations and individuals from around the world who rated leading executive education providers, such as Harvard, Wharton, INSEAD and IMD, for quality and impact.
This is the second set of high rankings CCL has received in the past six months. In November, BusinessWeek rated CCL among the world's Top 5 providers of executive education.
