Our inspiration
We believe that the journey of youth leadership development starts with Inspiration. Halogen invites leaders from various industries to share with students about their life experiences and leadership journeys with the young leaders at various large-scale events.Since 2005, over 20,000 youth and 800 educators have come together to interact with prominent leaders from various sectors which include social change, business, entertainment, education and technology fields. Through their life stories and leadership lessons of risk, challenge, passion, pain, joys, failures and successes, educators, parents and youths are inspired and empowered. Through these events, participants are challenged to set their own personal goals and to give generously with what they have back to their schools, families and communities. We want to expose educators, parents and youths to thse role-models and help them see themselves in these leaders.
